The Smith-Mundt “Modernization” Act of 2012 legalized Domestic Propaganda It was passed by Obama so the Left could better control the narrative because sending paid shills into Internet chat rooms wasn’t working.

Charity fraud was baked into Smith-Mundt “Modernization”. Why? Because crisis actors are less likely to blow the whistle if they’ve been compromised.
Here’s a example of a recent charity fraud case to give you an idea (archived). The FBI’s Andrew McCabe also knew the FBI agents who told the crisis actors GoFundMe pages were ok are just as guilty and therefor just as compromised.
When the truth about Smith-Mundt finally comes out this nation will have some soul searching to do. Today people aren’t skeptical of GoFundMe pages but that won’t be the case after Smith-Mundt is repealed and people learn for the first time the US Government was committing fraud on a massive scale.

The scenario is the same script they continue to use:
- The children are always white,
- The gunman always white.
- The area or school is in an upper crust neighborhood
- The school has a drama department.
- The Sheriffs Department seems to have grown crooked from looking at these False Flags. They take it as just a job as a Drill and to perpetuate lies on the Americans and perhaps not realize that they are the Terrorist. Hiding evidence from the people, spouting out lies that don’t add up.
- There is always a big pay day from GoFundMe Accounts for these events
My suspicions is that this is more sinister than we know on the surface:
- Perhaps we have Mason’s involved
- Perhaps we have Satanist involved
- Perhaps we have Mafia involved
- Perhaps the Deep State is involved
- Perhaps the Media is given scripts from their CIA handlers
- Perhaps the alleged villain works for the CIA or has been brainwashed by the CIA MKUltra
- Perhaps the FBI and CIA are teaming up to do these Terrorist Acts to over throw America
